Germany, Third Reich. A Luftschutz Crowd Control Leader Armband Hold the dates 1864 1914 on(Luftschutz Armband). Constructed of dark blue wool, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with white cotton bands, with a central painted white letter O, unmarked, measuring 205 mm (l) x 82 mm (h), minor soiling evident, with soiling and several mothing holes evident to the wool, in overall better than very fine condition.
