All the Grenache was direct pressed from whole cluster and fermented in a 20 hectoliter foudre. The Muscat Petits Grains was fermented in aged in large barrel. The wine has juicy acidity and a touch of sweet spice from the Muscat, and would be a perfect pairing with a spicy Pad See Ew.
