Constructed of zink, stamped with three suspension loops, the obverse bearing a double stamped inscription of OFLAG I D, NR. 2196 for Offizierslager IV D Elderhorst, an officers subcamp of Stalag IV A near Hoyerswerda, measuring 60 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), with age appropriate oxidation evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
