Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse bearing a central depiction of St. George slaying a dragon, the reverse bearing a central Cyrillic monogram of St. George ( SG), the six oclock arm bearing a grade of 3 (III CLASS), the three and nine oclock arms bearing an award number of 38214, unmarked, measuring 34. 35 mm (w) x 40. 95 mm (h), weighing 11. 2 grams, demonstrating sporadic nicks to the base
